In a tough real estate market, we wanted agents that would provide 100% proactive support for selling my house for top dollar and in a timely manner. Our first realtor fell short and Baird our house lowner than we stubborn sellers wanted; we were not greedy, just wanted a fair price for all the improvements we funded. We relocated halfway across the USA 5 weeks before our house closed, leaving all the work and details to our trusted agents.
